Choose a floor plan: Select one of our semi-custom floor plans or go with a fully customized plan.
Make design selections: From the exterior to the interior, select the colors, finishes and final touches of your home.
Purchase agreement: The purchase agreement is the final step before the building begins.
Construction: We keep you informed every step of the way.
Walk-through: Before closing, we walk you through the home and answer all your questions.
Closing day: The final step before handing over the keys. Meet with the title company who will walk you through all the final paperwork.
